Class Title: Soul Retrieval and Restoration

Description: In indigenous healing traditions around the world, it's believed that physical or emotional stresses and other types of traumas can cause parts of the soul to fragment leaving an individual feeling incomplete on a conscious or subconscious level. When soul pieces are called back and integrated into one’s body big shifts can and do occur in one's well being. In this class we will embark on a soul retrieval and restoration journey in a safe space. Participants will be laying down in this class to go through a soul retrieval journey. At the end of this class we will have a group integration and sharing.
